• 1 tin of tuna (120g-160g/4-5oz).
• 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
• 1/2 a teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
• Salt and pepper.
• 3 black olives.
• A bit of English cucumber.
• 1 tortilla, warmed.
• A bottle of sesame oil.
• Sriracha hot sauce.
Tuna, olives, cucumber, sesame oil and more encased in a warm, wholesome tortilla. Yum! Serves 1.
1: First we need to make some tuna spread. Put one tin of tuna in a bowl.
2: Mix in one and a half tablespoons of mayonnaise and half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to taste. If you don’t have Dijon mustard at home then skip it.
3: Sprinkle in a little salt and a good amount of pepper and that’s the tuna spread done.
4: Cut three black olives into five slices each.
5: Take a cucumber and cut four very thin slices.
6: Place half of the tuna spread onto a warmed tortilla. If you need a use for the other half, why not save the rest of the spread in the fridge and make the Tuna Melt recipe tomorrow?
7: Place the four cucumber slices in a line down the tortilla.
8: Sprinkle the sliced olives over the cucumber, then carefully sprinkle five drops of sesame oil along the length of the tortilla.
9: Squeeze over some sriracha hot sauce (about one tablespoons worth).
10: Finally, fold the tortilla wrap. Click/tap here for a video (not made by us) on how to do that properly.
11: Dig in.
